As the National Practice Leader for NFP\'s Human Capital Solutions practice I am honored and excited to partner with such an amazing team of leading HR professionals. Over the past few years, NFP has strategically enhanced its ability to help employers solve their biggest people challenges by adding exceptional talent to our team and by cultivating beneficial resources and partnerships that complement our existing Human Capital resources. NFP has redesigned how we build customized human capital solutions for our clients and elevates the value employers and employees receive from NFP. Over the past 30 years, I have had the fortunate opportunity to help many organizations align their strategic goals with their people experience, policies and practices. I look forward to cultivating this new human capital practice to meet the evolving needs of our clients. At NFP we partner with our clients to provide sustainable, compliant human capital solutions to meet each client’s individual needs. We understand the current market trends in HR best practices and have insight into how corporate benefits work – we holistically create policies and procedures that are fitting for employers of choice. We stay on top of developing HR concerns so we can offer HR practitioners guidance and real time solutions that work. Today, our clients are focusing on creating meaningful employee experiences to attract and retain top talent, administering total rewards that are compliant with ever changing federal, state and local laws, understanding how they compete in the market place, ensuring that their compensation practices are equitable and competitive and learning how to drive performance in a remote world of work.
