The onboarding process from the point of offer acceptance includes the following- Background Check- Occupational Health- Document collection (licenses, certifications & credentials, education)-Fingerprint background checks- Initiating the hire process within our applicant tracking system (Workday)- Scheduling in person HR I-9 appointments and new hire badging- Process I-9s via Workday integration with E-verifyIn addition to my key responsibilities, I also assist in the following- Unpaid Program onboarding- Referral request & inquires - HRIS testing calls - I-9 Audits- Child Abuse and Neglect background checks - Engagement committee
