I have over 13 years of experience in executive and close protection security, with a focus on counterterrorism, crisis management, and investigations. I am currently the Founder and CEO of LEMS Executive Protection Agency, and President at Law Enforcement Management Solutions (LEMS), a company that provides consulting, training, and staffing services to public and private organizations. I oversee the daily operations and strategic planning of the company, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Besides my role at LEMS, I have 6 years of experience as a Police Officer. I also serve as an LGBT Liaison Officer, and respond to and manage crisis situations involving individuals with mental health issues or other special needs. My mission is to enhance the safety and security of the public and the law enforcement personnel by applying my skills and knowledge in community relations, personal security, problem solving, and crisis intervention.
