As a Senior Proposal Engineer team leader, I am responsible for producing high-quality products by overseeing and managing daily business operations, vision, and activities of proposal engineers for multiple product lines. I provide feedback to product owners to ensure product has appropriate strategy for future versions. I support my team to resolve escalated issues while ensuring customer satisfaction. I also work with my team to ensure design documents meet customer’s objectives and are in synergy with what has been quoted. Completing customer needs assessment and deployments are other critical tasks I perform to ensure a positive customer experience and satisfaction. I provide internal support and collaboration for design, deployment, configuration, and setup for a successful implementation. I analyze and collaborate with Sales executives on ongoing strategies and pipeline generation.
