As an instructor, I designed and taught a course on Digital Law, covering key topics such as the relationship between law and new technologies in Argentina, including their impact and applicable legal regulations.I addressed the legal framework and corporate responsibilities regarding personal data protection in Argentina, through the analysis of practical cases in the digital age.I explored the impact of technology in the Argentine labor sector, highlighting new labor rights and emerging work modalities, as well as post-pandemic challenges.I introduced participants to the use of digital documents, digital signatures, smart contracts, and the role of artificial intelligence in law and accounting in Argentina.
