The Director of Practice and Field Operations provides direction and supervision to the Practice and Field Operations team in implementing the Safe Babies Court Team™ Approach. The Director\'s key function is strategic planning and development of the practice and field work. The Director also serves as a technical advisor in the areas of child welfare policy, evidence-based interventions, evidence-based practice, state infrastructure and child welfare funding. The Director builds and maintains an ongoing and responsive relationship with the demonstration sites to ensure that the technical assistance and training they are receiving enables them to move forward with the implementation of the Safe Babies Court Team ™ Approach. The Director of Practice and Field Operations collaborates closely with key staff to align our work with other national and state technical assistance providers, and monitor the data and outcomes for the training and technical assistance provided to states and sites.
