I handle all UI claims and am the employer representative for several client\'s accounts in several States. I take care of each claim from the initial response to the appeal and hearing process and act as a consultant when needed. I specialize in unemployment insurance in Alabama, Arkansas, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, North and South Carolina, Georgia and Illinois. I coach and prep HR Managers before they attend hearings. In some circumstances I appeal to the Board of Review and request remands. I also deal on a day to day basis not only with the client but various State Reps via phone conversations. I have a very successful rate on favorable determinations and hearings.
