At the end of a coaching session or a full-day workshop, it\'s my goal that my clients leave feeling confident, with tools they can use immediately to become more effective and impactful in their communication, leadership, and life. I leverage my 10+ years of coaching and almost 20 years of teaching and learning to help others shift behavior and thinking to become the best versions of themselves. I offer insight, just-in-time feedback, and encouragement, while being warm and personable. Clients have told me that my workshops are both \"fun and engaging\" and \"extremely beneficial.\" I am a certified Cognitive Coach and have worked with many audiences across industries. I got my start in the public schools. In that context coaching and training leadership brings the unique challenges of limited time, complex environments, and audiences that know good teaching. I use this depth of experience in my work with executives in the tech, financial, insurance, retail, and law industries.
