We are one firm with one mission, and the Legatum Foundation is the team responsible for our philanthropy and leadership development work.At Legatum, we believe that everyone is a leader and that becoming a better leader is a lifelong journey. We use proven character development strategies to support leaders to become courageous, loving, and hope-filled leaders, who are intentional about their influence, and seeking to become better leaders every day.We are currently partnering with the Oxford Character Project, Harvard Human Flourishing Program, and a global working group comprised by scholar-practitioners to develop a world class, open access online course.
