Analyst – Primary data analyst for the Office of Annual Giving. Supports software and provides all necessary data needed for the annual giving program. Designs data visualization tools deployed to ECU contribution web pages. Writes highly complex reports for the purpose of alumni and donor cultivation, solicitation, financial management and stewardship. Consistently analyzes annual giving donor trends to increase alumni participation, renewal rates and donor reactivation. Prepares data for use in annual giving channels for outreach. Consults with staff and vendors to determine data needs, tracking of financial transactions and provides data exchanges and resolves technical issues.
