Rewind to 2022, where we shattered all expectations by leaving the revenue budget in the dust - a jaw-dropping $6.7M over the top! But wait, there\'s more! We didn\'t just meet the GOP budget, we soared past it by a cool $1.2M. And the cherry on top? Our RevPAR index boomed an incredible 18% year over year, reaching a stellar 124.2. But hold onto your hats, because the real magic lies in our incredible team spirit. We achieved the impossible - a mind-blowing 95% associate engagement score, and as leaders, we weren\'t far behind with an impressive 91% engagement score of our own. Beating benchmarks? Oh, we went above and beyond, surpassing expectations by a dazzling 5% pts! And guess what? Our guests are absolutely loving us! Our year-to-date intent to recommend score shot up by a fantastic 2.2% compared to last year, rocketing us into the top 20% among our fellow hotels across the US.
