I am responsible for handling all sales inquiries for-Neodymium Magnets (NdFeB, NIB, or Neo magnets)-Samarium Cobalt (SmCo)-Ceramic magnet material (Ferrite)-Aluminum-Nickel-Cobalt (AlNiCo)This role involves-Keeping up-to-date with recent industry trends and providing competitive prices-Preparing samples-Following up with the customer until the order is complete and ensuring customer satisfaction -Calculating the cost and developing new products and suppliers-Constant communication with the customer and keeping the customer informed with regards to tracking numbers, delivery dates and invoices-Checking all the clauses and terms after receiving the POs-Arrange the production; confirm the price and delivery to the customer and production department -Keeping track of shipments and ensuring the goods are delivered on time-Record and handle complaints in an efficient and timely manner, and ensure they are not repeated-Researching the safety of magnets and informing customersI have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of people from different sectors, including-Electric-Mechanical-Medical-Aviation-MilitaryNote: Rare-earth magnets are strong permanent magnets made from alloys of rare earth elements. Developed in the 1970s and \'80s, rare-earth magnets are the strongest type of permanent magnets made, producing significantly stronger magnetic fields than other types such as ferrite or alnico magnets. The magnetic field typically produced by rare-earth magnets can be in excess of 1.4 teslas, whereas ferrite or ceramic magnets typically exhibit fields of 0.5 to 1 tesla. There are two types: neodymium magnets and samarium-cobalt magnets. Rare earth magnets are extremely brittle and also vulnerable to corrosion, so they are usually plated or coated to protect them from breaking, chipping, or crumbling into powder.
