Maria Greene consults, provides guidance, project development and coordination focused on needs of adults with disabilities and older adults. She is a distinguished authority in the areas of Adult Protective Services, Long Term Care Ombudsmen, Strategic Planning, and Emergency Preparedness and Response. Maria has testified twice before the U.S. Senate Committee on Aging and has served prominent national alliances such as the Elder Justice Project, The Consumer Voice, and the American Bar Association Commission on Aging.Maria’s clients have included national organizations, technical resource centers, federal and state government agencies, contractors, and private companies focused on advocacy, services, protection, and research for or on behalf of adults with disabilities and older adults. Since launching her consulting career in 2010, she has conducted statewide program evaluations, trainings, strategic planning, and federal-state government liaison work with twenty different states. On behalf of four clients, Maria has been a vital part of teams conducting nationwide surveys, listening sessions, focus groups, and research.
