About me: I am a qualified solicitor with 20 years experience, specialising in employment law issues. I am a member of the CIPD Beds group committee and am also a voluntary member of the Badminton England disciplinary committee. I also speak fluent Italian. How can I help you? I enjoy supporting and assisting clients to resolve their employment issues and find workable, cost-effective solutions for their business. I don’t just quote the law at my clients, I work with their HR team to develop the right strategies for their individual business and achieve their particular HR objectives. I also negotiate and advise on senior management and other employee exits.
