Program Director – NAA Pathway Fellowship ProgramAs Program Director for the NAA Pathway Fellowship Program, I oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all program activities designed to empower youth, college students, and alumni through education, workforce training, and community engagement.This leadership role is dedicated to cultivating a new generation of Latino and minority leaders in the fields of finance, business, economics, investment, and entrepreneurship. The goal is to equip fellows with the knowledge, confidence, and professional networks necessary to thrive in today’s competitive environment and to become catalysts for change in their communities.In this capacity, I ensure that the Fellowship provides participants with meaningful learning experiences, leadership development opportunities, and direct access to academic and career pathways. My work centers on strengthening partnerships with employers, educational institutions, and community-based organizations to create a holistic ecosystem of support that extends beyond the fellowship year and into long-term professional success
