Create offer letters and send for signatures to Management Director and then to candidate for offer acceptance.· Onboarding process- Send for drug testing, order background check, onboarding documents.· Fill out I-9\'s and complete E-Verify.· Follow up with employees whose I-9\'s documents are close to expire and complete reverification on I-9\'s.· Hire employees in UKG, Employee Navigator and PeopleSoft systems.· Facilitate Day-1 Orientation for all new hires; providing them with an overview on Company/HR policy and benefit eligibility.· Run monthly reports.· Conduct audits on all personnel files to ensure they are in compliance with Company policy.· Utilize PeopleSoft and UKG systems for all data entries (salary adjustments, merits, transfers, hires, termination etc.)· Provide assistance and guidance to management when complex, specialized and confidential questions and issues arise.· Educate employees on our company benefits and help them enroll.· Assist and coordinate all aspects of Open Enrollment.· Assist with Visas for immigration.· Assist with relocation process.· Conduct exit interviews for departing team members.· Work under minimal supervision and report to a US HR lead.· Schedule new hires for eye exams, let their managers know if they pass and maintain their files to reschedule their eye exams annually.· Be in communication with the eye exam clinic monthly to get invoice and then send to Finance for payment.· Assist Talent Acquisition in Scheduling interviews.· Provide assistance and guidance to employees when questions arise.
