Impossible does not exist in my mindset! With the mind of an aeronautical engineer and the heart of a coach, I combine the passion for technological wonders with my passion to develop people to achieve the best outcomes. More than 30 years in aerospace has taught me that it is necessary to unleash the best in every person to achieve the best results. My purpose is to move an organization towards new adventures that bring the right outcomes for my customers. I build a unity of purpose, strong relationships and bring together the collective knowledge of the teams to co-create the right solution and drive the necessary transformation. In combining technical knowledge, creativity, emotional intelligence and humour with communication skills and a mix of traditional and less traditional agile problem-solving methodologies, I manage complex projects that have a wide range of stakeholders in order to achieve the agreed purpose and results. As a coach I like to partner with my clients, using my engineering skills, my creativity and sense of humor, to discover their hidden potential and create transformational and sustainable changes that will make them feel at their best. A particular passion in my coaching is to help young females to navigate in their personal and professional transformation by overcoming their own fears and finding their unique purpose. We do not have to perfect- we have to be great with the resources we have at any given time!
