ABOUT MARIA LOPEZ

I am a mortgage processor whose background in customer support roles for financial institution’s loan departments has familiarized me with the lending process for both auto loans and home mortgages. I have received training from Quicken Loan on document verification, credit report and asset analysis, as well as the fundamentals of risk in order to evaluate loan candidates. The ability to provide professional and empathetic customer support – in both Spanish and English – is an important component to working with customers throughout the loan process, and I am proud of the recognition I have received from both Quicken and from Chase Bank for this skill. I am process-driven, always looking to identify process improvement. At Chase, I designed a procedure for cross-referencing contractual adjustments that significantly reduced errors. In addition to my financial acumen and customer service skills, I am knowledgeable in myriad software, and provide technical support to customers.
