Additionally, I\'ve helped support the Instagram and TikTok accounts by making videos and posts informing customers on HOTWORX-Consists of warm calling, working with inquiries and leading them through tours, pitching and selling memberships, creating and posting Instagram and TikTok photos and videos, and designing and creating chalk boards-After working at HOTWORX for 2 years now, I have developed strong communication, marketing and creativity skills. Selling memberships has taught me to cater a pitch to the customers wants and needs and make it personable. I have also learned which type of Instagram and TikTok posts get the most interactions and which ones get less.
