I support and lead the Business Development team’s systems, processes, tools, and programs with working knowledge of Regulatory and Clinical Affairs and Quality Systems to draft client materials and facilitate company engagement. I support client calls and develop department resources to enhance the productivity of the Business Development team. I monitor existing projects and resource allocation through to project completion, to facilitate the appropriate development of new statements of work (SOWs) for active and potential clients. I manage internal tracking tools for resource management, to ensure the appropriate allocation of Experien Group’s resources. I work closely with Experien Group’s cross-functional teams and act as a liaison between the project team and the client in the development of expanded projects. I develop and maintain insightful data tools for use in strategic resource planning and operations decision making.
