ABOUT MARIA CURTEANU
Focused and passioned Quality Assurance Team Lead with over a decade experience in testing. I have build testing processes from scratch and successfully engaged in already existing ones. Have been leading and coaching teams of different size, and mentoring all newcammers. Have vast experience in creating test documentation, executing and reporting testing results, crossteam communication and customer discoveries. I think the key to a good quality of the product is great crossteam communication and the envolvment of QA engineers from the earliest stages. Recently started my public speaking path as want to share my experience and hopefully save someone from the mistakes i made previously.
