Hi, I’m Maria, the Construction Coach originally from the North-East with a background in Quantity Surveying and Project Management. Have been in the industry since I was 16, which is a canny long time!I\'m here to help Solve Construction and If you’re here then I’m guessing you want change. Doing this work can only positively impact your profit margins.In my mission to bring change, I have also had voluntary positions as a Non-Executive Director for the Construction Industry Council on their main board and chaired their Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee.I am currently a member of the Construction Leadership Council Skills for a Modernised Industry and Repair, Maintenance and Improvement Working Groups. This voluntary work not only meets my core value of \'making a difference\' but is of great benefit to my clients as I am always asking questions to make sure we are including SMEs and Micros in our thinking and communications.
