I am the Codirector at Animal Welfare Talent Consultancy (AWTC), where I work with my colleague Emma Wang to run the International Farm Animal Welfare Fellowship (IFAWF) and Animal Welfare Educators Network (AWEN). We work to support a community of passionate individuals improving farm animal welfare in China. I am also a Research Technician at the University of British Columbia’s Animal Welfare Program. I work collaboratively with Chinese stakeholders such as producers to find pragmatic strategies to improve farm animal welfare.
