My role blends project management, internal communication, and culture-building. Key responsibilities include-Leading and monitoring high-impact projects, ensuring on-time delivery through Agile practices and collaborative planning-Managing project management platforms (e.g, Monday.com, Jira), from configuration to daily operations, often coordinating with external consultants-Aligning departments by defining project goals, timelines, and resources—while tracking team workload and performance metrics-Creating and sharing detailed project updates and progress reports with leadership-Facilitating cross-team communication to ensure strategic alignment and smooth execution-Organizing recurring check-ins, capturing action points, and ensuring follow-up implementation-Proactively resolving interdepartmental friction by identifying roadblocks and enabling solutions-Introducing workflow optimization tools and Agile methodologies to improve visibility, productivity, and execution speed-Championing a positive work culture by promoting well-being initiatives that reflect our company values, mission, and commitment to transparency.
