As an accredited Relocation Specialist I objectively guide buyers and sellers through any transition, whether local or out of state, from the beginning to end. My passion for design allows me to seamlessly stage real estate for sale or to decorate your new kitchen or office. My understanding of market trends allows me to consistently develop and implement market strategies for a variety of investors and builders throughout each phase of development. My strategies have successfully taken full-scale undeveloped and under construction projects to sale within expected time frames. I represent the interests of developers and investors in a variety of cultural communities, and my language skills allow me to reach a broader consumer base. I have been helping the Athens community and surrounding areas for many years.
