This includes working proactively with the Vice President of Operations and the Partners of the firm to ensure processes and procedures remain efficient and effective. Core Responsibilities: Organize and prioritize critical information to help facilitate efficient Executive Search support. Acting as a point of contact between client and candidates. Provides oversight and guidance to projects of high importance; facilitating the flow of candidates through the recruitment process from when applicants first respond to a job opening and ends when the position is filled.Competencies:Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAttention to detail: producing high quality client/candidate materials and keeping databases current.Management of day-to-day business expenses, client invoices and candidate expenses.Coordinate travel for candidates and consultants.Participate on ongoing calls with the search team to discuss search status and strategize on next steps.Serve as the liaison for IT and HR related needs (Records Retention coordinator)Spearhead and implement process improvement initiatives.
