Own the overall strategy and structure of Airtable workflows and system processes across the transaction (TRX)/commerce team, ensuring scalability, consistency, and long-term maintainability- Supervise and continuously improve the Airtable ticketing/request system, ensuring all requests are triaged, prioritized, and completed in a timely and efficient manner- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders—including editorial, testing, production, and product teams—to support initiatives such as tentpoles, launches, and testing- Lead the TRX Workflow Operations team, including direct management of the Editorial Project Manager; conduct weekly 1:1s and team syncs to align on priorities and progress- Hold weekly team meetings to define and communicate short-term goals, troubleshoot issues, and review process optimizations- Triage complex or recurring workflow issues, ensuring quick resolution or elevation to senior leadership where appropriate- Oversee process documentation for all major workflows; ensure timely updates when systems or responsibilities change- Lead stakeholder communication for new workflows, process changes, and automation rollouts, ensuring alignment, adoption, and feedback- Establish and manage a consistent weekly scheduling and planning process on the TRX Workflow Operations team to support operational efficiency and prevent bottlenecks- Track and report KPIs related to workflow efficiency, ticket resolution time, and team throughput to identify areas for continuous improvement- Oversee the tester management program, including developing recruitment strategies for new testers and implementing training and feedback systems to support and retain existing testers- Manage the TRX freelance tester and product testing budget, including forecasting, allocations, and biweekly check-ins with testing leadership.
