Continuously work on process improvements. Responsible for collection on past due receivables and improving recovery metrics. Direct oversight of the month-end close process ensuring all billing items and tasks are completed timely. Responsible for various reports and distribution to senior management including bad debt allowance analysis, agings and key KPIs.
