What do you believe in?As a passionate and energetic business oriented HR / and Customer Services executive, my vision is to inspire individuals and organizations to think differently about their customers, culture, human resources, leadership and people development. I gravitate towards companies where employees can achieve personal, business and philosophical goals in one place. An environment where I can strive to be a driving force in helping others to become the best version of themselves while MAKING a DIFFERENCE. In my career, I feel fortunate that I also had the opportunity to join the Speedware family in 1989 and to have co-founded Fresche Solutions in 2010 with my amazing partners, and sold it in 2020. It is during that time that I discovered my love for Customer Satisfaction and understood that in order to achieve excellent business results, you have to nurture a \"SUPER FANTASTIC\" culture and a very strong Employee Experience. I am excited to embark on my next adventure with the OPAL-RT team where I am going to leverage all that I learned and love to help them push their successful Employee Experience strategy to the next level. How exciting is that?
