Translational Pathology Lead Scientist for different company pipelines. Responsible for developing novel IHC and mIF assays that aim to study pharmacodynamics and identify predictive/resistant biomarkers for clinical trials endpoints.• To streamline the assay platforms, I utilize various automated platforms, such as Leica Bond, Ventana Discovery Ultra & Benchmark, and DAKO autostainers. Moreover, I employ multiple imaging platforms, including brightfield imaging (Leica Aperio) and fluorescence (Akoya PhenoImager, Zeiss MetaSystems), coupled with image analysis solutions such as HALO and Visiopharm.• Primary point of contact for the AZ \"Partners of Choice\" collaboration. This collaborative initiative involves conducting symposium presentations, preparing technical reports, and sharing knowledge among an international consortium of academic and industrial institutes.• Supervise and manage project deliveries by junior scientists and placement students.
