Making Lifting Plan for all critical lifting activities and getting it approved by client• Ensuring the lifting activities are going as per the approved plan• Heavy lifting of more than 250MT in a single lift• Thorough Instepction of site and analyzing risk and making risk assessment for all critical lift.• Making method statement for all lift activities in coordination with site team• Making plans for all Tandem lifting and getting it approved by client• Erection of heavy Structural Material and Equipment• Periodically checking the lifting equipment by third party and ensuring its workability• Selecting the suitable capacity of cranes and lifting accessories as suitable for the lift after inspecting the location of lift• Designing of suitable lifting lugs with bolt or weld connection as per site condition• Studying the layout and preparing the sequence of erection and planning the area for assembly of various components accordingly• Suggestion to change various crane configuration as per site condition and as per job requirement
