As part of CBRE’s Procurement & Operations team, I am responsible for managing and delivering end-to-end procurement activities for DLF Chennai sites across multiple domains including MEP, Civil Works, Manpower Agencies, Software, Power Division, and Event Management.Key Responsibilities:Handle complete procurement lifecycle – from requirement gathering, sourcing, negotiations, to final vendor onboarding.Manage MEP and Civil Work contracts, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.Oversee manpower agency contracts for operations and project support.Lead procurement and licensing for software solutions and manage requirements for the power division.Coordinate procurement for event management services at the site.Conduct thorough vendor evaluation, due diligence, and risk assessment before onboarding.Drive vendor onboarding processes in compliance with CBRE policies and global standards.Monitor vendor performance through defined KPIs and ensure adherence to cost, quality, and compliance benchmarks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost savings and enhance operational efficiency.Ensure contractual compliance, documentation, and reporting to stakeholders.
