I am a compassionate, curious, and motivated leader, with an ability to build strong trusted relationships and bring out the best in others, leading large scale, often complex, programmes of work that drive meaningful change.As the Head of Conduct at The Co-operative Bank, I am a champion for customer advocacy and maintaining our culture of integrity and fairness.
