Senior Technical Program Manager with 14+ years of experience in e-commerce, fintech, telecom, and life sciences. I have a Master’s in Applied Mathematics, which gives me a strong technical base to lead technical programs and keep them aligned with business goals.My core strengths are requirements and scope management, and program management methodologies. At scale, I’ve set up release practices for 20+ Scrum teams (200 engineers), kept multiple workstreams organized, and managed complex dependencies to keep programs on track.My toolkit includes Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally, and Buganizer, along with CI/CD and test automation practices. I have a solid grasp of system architecture and design trade-offs. I’m organized, detail-oriented, and good at multitasking, keeping workstreams aligned, staying calm through change, and taking ownership to deliver results.Outside of work, I bring the same focus and composure to high-altitude mountaineering.
