More than 100X each year, our team spends a first day in CLE or AKN with a candidate or new hire as they get to know our region with EA Guides leading the way. Roughly half of our clients hire us to woo a pre-decision candidate to the finish line and the other half have us work with employees who have said yes to the job but need profesionally on-boarding to their new town. We create a day in their life in our town based on their interests and needs, showing neighborhoods and schools that match their criteria, introducing them to community members who have similiar backgrounds and passions, creating VIP stops on their EA day to give them a behind-the-scenes peek at somthing they told us was important to them (theater, church, greenspace, kid\'s zone, etc.).love my job as it connects me to all the cool things that make our region so unique and reminds me daily how we have something for everyone no matter what their stage of life, ethnicity, religion, hobbies, etc.
