ABOUT MARGOT POWERS
I am currently a junior urban planner at the Paris Region Institute. I work on population and employment projections, regional cycling infrastructure and the legacy of the 2024 Olympics in Paris. I completed my Master\'s in Urban Planning at L\'Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, with specializations in accessible and active mobility. I graduated with honors from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and Geography. I minored in French and Russian, completed the International Relations Certificate, and was an International Scholars Program Fellow. From September 2019 to March 2020, I lived and studied in Brussels, Belgium and enjoyed traveling around Europe. In my free time, I like to garden, study foreign languages, and keep a bullet journal.
