   I lead how Enablement & Operations Executive Office (EEO) communications are brought together and experienced by employees across Microsoft’s internal platforms.I translate strategy and content into a clear, connected experience; how information is structured, surfaced, and presented so employees can find what they need, trust what they see, and understand how it all connects. I am responsible for the strategic use and integration of EEO’s communications platforms, including SharePoint, Viva Engage, Teams, and event platforms, ensuring content appears in expected places, at the right moments, and with a consistent, accessible experience.
