   I facilitate org-wide strategic planning and build consistency and alignment across the organization. In working towards organizational resilience, I oversee and contribute to the implementation of the organization’s financial and operational health activities- Cultivate new partnerships and identify new opportunities for growth in line with the organization’s capacity and strategic plan- Launched MAMA HOPE’s two core programs the Localization Development Accelerator (LDA) Program and the Social Impact Investing Program based on current trends in the international development space- Lead the outreach and networking efforts for the organization to connect with new major donors as well as communicate with the existing donor base- Develop organizational budgets and oversee dispersement of funds to partner organizations- Analyze business canvases for viable income generating projects as part of the Social Impact Investing Program. Streamlined operating policies and created a new payroll systems to increase the efficacy of the organization.
