The European and International Relations Department (DREI) of the University of Toulouse promotes and enhances the influence of the university site (15 institutions) in Europe and internationally in the fields of education, research and innovation.The missions of the DREI\'s International Mobility Service are - Support the international mobility of students and researchers at the University of Toulouse- Offer services developed on request and/or in consultation with the site\'s institutions- Support internationalization projects related to mobility on behalf of institutions.As head of the International Mobility Department, I am responsible for - Developing actions linked to international mobility and promoting mobility schemes- Supervising of the Toul\'Box program for accompanying and welcoming international students- Supervising the Mouv\'Box program for outgoing students- Supervising international Short Programs- Supervising the Erasmus+ KA131 project (staff training and doctoral student internships)- Coordinating the International Mobility Working Group as part of the UNIVERSEH 2.0 European University project- Coordinating the site\'s network of international mobility coordinators- Implementating a quality approach to the management of department activities and projects- Achieving the department objectives in line with the strategic priorities- Administrative and financial management of the department- Supervision and HR support for the team (7 people)
