Margot is a Transformation and Program Management Director in the People & Culture organization at Warner Bros. Discovery.Margot was previously a Senior Manager in the Talent & Organization practice of Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting group. She also worked as an in-house human capital consultant at The Estée Lauder Companies. She has a broad range of functional expertise (e.g, organizational strategy, talent strategy, organizational design, operating model, change management, leadership alignment), and has effectively led transformation efforts across areas such as acquisitions & divestitures, marketing, data and analytics, retail, IT, human resources, supply chain, and operations. Margot began her career in Inclusion, Diversity and Equity and is deeply committed to applying this lens to all of her work.Margot was honored with the Penelope Jane Bradshaw Leadership Excellence Award (an Accenture, Nationwide award) in recognition of her distinctive leadership and impact with her clients and her teams.
