With more than two decades of experience in strategy, evaluation and capacity strengthening, I support non-profit organizations and their leaders to develop outcomes-driven and actionable strategies, measurement approaches, and learning practices that enable clear, confident and evidence-based decision-making for impact.My clients work across diverse issue areas, including health, food security, education, and youth skills development, among many others. I have worked with organizations ranging from small start-ups to large, global entities in Canada and internationally.I am known as a collaborative and supportive thought partner who combines analytical rigour with deep curiosity and care. My work blends well-established methodologies with tailored approaches that are personalized to each organization and team.As a coach with Innoweave, a capacity strengthening initiative of the MakeWay Foundation, I have led more than 20 organizations through its Impact and Strategic Clarity, Developmental Evaluation and Impact Measurement programs since 2012.I am also an affiliate with the Liminal Collective, a network of advisors collaborating to create clarity and accelerate impact among social purpose organizations across Canada.Before launching Borealis, I co-founded Colbeck Strategic Advisors with Robin Cory, partnering with nonprofits and foundations to develop focused strategies, align leadership, and unlock impact.
