Create and execute forward thinking strategy for the lead multiple-indication drug development program with global, cross-functional teams. Responsible for all program functional groups (Nonclinical, CMC, Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Finance, and Business Development). Drive continuous improvement of best practices in the development, initiation, planning, execution, and control of all programs.
