My role blends big-picture planning with hands-on execution, building pathways that help Crewmembers earn the undergraduate and graduate degrees while balancing work, families, and life. I lead a team of Success Coaches, empowering them to support learners, remove barriers, and hold Scholars accountable to their goals. Each year I have the joy of planning our annual graduation ceremony, celebrating that years graduates alongside their families and friends. At the heart of it all: making education more accessible, affordable, and supportive. Letting Education take Flight.
