I am currently the IT PMO Director at UCSF Health. After many years as a Senior PM I moved into the leadership role at UCSF in July of 2018. I bring my years as a Senior PM and Infrastructure leadership to this new position and I look forward to the opportunities that lay ahead. I am a seasoned Senior Infrastructure project manager that has worked the spectrum of projects from data center migrations to EMR implementations. My focus is on providing excellent project management in the Healthcare Arena. I\'m experienced at building strong, cross functional teams to tackle any infrastructure project that needs to be completed. My experience provides me with a solid foundation with which I am able to manage complex projects: staying on task, escalating and resolving issues, and communicating across large organizations to ensure successful implementations.
