Project: NYC DDC; NYC Borough-Based Jails - Design-Built Program - Competition 33 Maiden Lane - Federal Reserve Bank - Storefront Renovation TSX - NY - Construction Admin The Fifth Avenue Hotel in NoMad. The project consists of a new 24-story, 230-foot-tall tower and the restoration and hotel conversion of the adjacent five story 116-year-old landmarked McKim, Mead & White-designed building. The Fifth Avenue hotel will contain 153 hotel rooms, with 129 in the new addition and 24 in the historic structure, which is being called “The Mansion.” as well a flag ship restaurant for one of the NYC chefs. Other guest amenities include a multi-level restaurant, cafe and a bank vault turned into a wine cellar, and a sqft ballroom with 20\' high ceilings and a outdoor terrace next to the main lobby.
