Margie has come a long way from her roots in Mobile, Alabama. After a successful music and education focus in college, Margie continued to build her academic portfolio with an MS in business communication. During this time, she developed her passion for learning and her appreciation for teaching and empowering others. After spending time in Germany, Margie returned to the States and settled in the northwest to begin her professional journey.Margie quickly recognized the need for quality training and innovative leadership development solutions. Taking a leap of faith, she brought her expertise in leadership training to Denver in 1986 and founded Executive Forum.
