For Motion Service Drives Division I am accountable for- Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals- Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials- Identifying, qualifying, quantifying and managing project risk, ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued- Driving the formal acceptance of the project (kick off), contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract- Acting as a key account for the customer and an escalation point for project issues- Building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
