   The program supports the Feed the Future initiative to improve global food security, resilience, climate change, gender integration, and helps strengthen public and private institutions that support growth in the agricultural sector. • Manage a portfolio of assignments in Africa and LAC in resilience and agriculture, food security, climate change, gender integration, private sector engagement and partnerships. • Coordinate dialogue with private sector organizations, chambers of commerce, industry, associations, public sector and USAID missions. • Review and adjust scopes of work, prepare assignment budgets, and consultant agreements. • Recruit and mobilize consultants for assignments and provide administrative support. • Monitor deliverables, analyze data sets and synthesize results for reports and presentations. • Maintain a database of over 425 food security professionals and troubleshoot problems to ensure its functionality. • Prepare and implement Knowledge Management Plan, disseminating critical results, programmatic lessons learned, and methodologies developed. • Contribute to quarterly and annual reports of the program, and close projects and contracts. • Countries: El Salvador, Guatemala, México, Haiti, Kenya, Uganda, Níger, Nigeria, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Zimbabwe, Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, Ghana, South Sudan, Senegal, Bangladesh, Nepal, India, RDC, Bangladesh, Timor-Leste.
