Hi! My name is Margarita, and I’m glad you stopped by. I’m a Human Resources Specialist and an Industrial Engineer, passionate about transforming HR data and processes into strategic decisions that improve efficiency, strengthen team performance, and elevate the employee experience.My interest in People Analytics comes from a desire to support objective decision-making beyond intuition. I use exploratory data analysis to optimize talent flow, performance, engagement, and workforce planning, with a strong focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.On the technical side, I’m proficient in systems such as SAP, ADP Workforce Now (HRIS), and PEGA. I also have experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and organizational intranets that support employee development and internal communication. While Excel remains my primary analysis tool, I’m currently completing the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate to strengthen my capabilities in SQL, Python, Tableau, and R. Through this training, I aim to expand my analytical approach from descriptive to predictive insights, further enhancing my modern HR analyst toolkit.Beyond data, throughout my career, I have been committed to community impact. Thus, I have led volunteer workshops and provided HR coaching, helping professionals reconnect with their authenticity and strengthen their personal brand to confidently advance in their careers.I’m always open to meaningful conversations about People Analytics, workforce strategy, and building high-performing organizations centered on people.
