Tech Stack Transformation: Led the migration of five apps built by three different third-party solution providers into one scalable in-house development app for faster product delivery post-app development. This increased the tech stack value of the organization from originally selling white-label products managed by third-party vendors to becoming a product development powerhouse. Requirements Gathering: Defined product requirements by gathering inputs across stakeholders, analyzing data, and distilling into clear solutions, user stories, and technical specifications. Determined major components such as user stories, sprint themes, epics and features along delivery timelines. Feature Development: Took use cases features ideation from 0 to 1 to create iTOUCH first built-in house wearable application. The feature development process breakdown followed by writing user stories, creating UI workflows. Product Metrics and KPIs: Developed first product metrics to track application users’ engagement, lifetime value, conversion rate, and retention helping the team identify issues, prioritization, and revenue growth opportunities.
